Rosa is an animator, illustrator and designer from Brighton, England. She studied Graphic Design at the Glasgow School of Art; a course which suddenly ended in her final year due to the pandemic, prompting her to try something new: animation.
Since then she has done a masters in animation at UAL's London Collage of Communication, and finished her first short film. Her graduate short Bits has been chosen to be shown at London Short Film Festival in 2024.
Rosa's work is informed by nostalgic aesthetics and mediums of the past, often combining modern and retro technologies to explore the depths of familiarity.
