MOLD X Sweetgreen
Innovative food magazine Mold and salad company Sweetgreen collaborated for Earth day 2022, celebrating farm systems and low-carbon ingredients. This wonderful project allowed me to study and animate the growth cycle of key plants from sweetgreens salad bowls.
